Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of nursing quality management on hospital infection control rate, nursingpatient disputes and nursing quality of hospitalized patients in neurosurgery. Methods Sixty inpatients undergoing neurosurgery in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and were divided into the control group (n=30) and the observation group (n=30) according to the random number table method. In the control group, routine nursing intervention was used, and in the observation group, nursing quality management was adopted. The hospital infection control rate, nurse-patient dispute rate, and nursing quality score were compared between the two groups. Results The rate of hospital infection control in the observation group was 6.67%, lower than that of the control group accounting for 26.67% (P<0.05).The incidence of nursing disputes (0.00%) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (13.33%) (P<0.05).Nursing quality score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing quality management for inpatients can effectively reduce the incidence of hospital infection and nurse-patient disputes, and can also improve the nursing quality. Therefore, this management pattern is worth promoting in the clinic.
