Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of situational teaching mode in nursing teaching in our hospital.Methods A total of 56 nursing staff in our hospital were selected as subjects.By randomized grouping,they were divided into control group(n=28)and observation group(n=28).In the control group,traditional teaching method was used from December 2017 to May 2018,while in the observation group,the situational teaching method was adopted during the same period.The differences in teaching effects between the two groups were compared.Results On the evaluation of teacher′s teaching quality,in the observation group,the scores of items such as clear explanation of concept and key points highlighting,high preference for such teaching mode,the language was vivid,concise and organized,reflecting the new progress of clinical nursing model,the combination of theory and practice was batter,combining with practical clinical problems,the degree of explaining difficult problems was better,the lively teaching mode arouses students'initiative,the blackboard writing was neat and the explanation sequence was reasonable,the teaching progress was well controlled and the time allocation was reasonable,and teachers play a guiding role rather than indoctrinating knowledge,with statistical difference,etc.were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).On regard to student behavior evaluation,the professional nursing behavior level,flexible learning,clinical analysis ability,questioning ability,knowledge expansion,creative thinking and immediate response,cooperation,and thinking ability from patients′perspective were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching mode,application of scenario simulation teaching mode in nursing teaching can effectively improve teachers′teaching quality and students′behavioral ability,and promote nursing staff to change from passive acceptance to active learning,thereby enhancing the overall quality of care in the hospital and reducing the incidence of nurse-patient disputes,which has a clinical application value.
