Medical informatics is an interdisciplinary science,which includes hospital information,clinical information,nursing information,medical education information,biomedical information and so on.From the point view of discipline,medical informatics mainly studies the application of information technology and information science in the field of medicine.It is an important subject oriented to medical application.With the rapid development of information technology,medical informatics education has been faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Therefore,this paper mainly describes the background of large data,the relationship between big data and medical informatics,and analyzes the reform of medical information education in the big data environment from the latest goals,contents and standards of medical information education.
