Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of hypnotic painless suggestion method in painless delivery of parturients.Methods A total of 100 cases of painless childbirth in our hospital from July 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The control group received routine childbirth nursing,while the observation group received hypnotic painless suggestion on the basis of the control group.The visual analogue score(VAS)during delivery,the duration of labor,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,the outcome of the newborn and the mode of delivery were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores of the first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The duration of the first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was less than that in the control group,fetal distress rate and neonatal asphyxia rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The rate of cesarean section in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of hypnotic painless suggestion method in painless delivery of parturients can alleviate the pain of parturients,shorten the duration of labor,reduce postpartum hemorrhage and improve pregnancy outcomes.
