Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of high-quality nursing intervention on voluntary blood donors in blood stations.Methods From January 2017 to February 2019,a total of 160 voluntary blood people in Zhongshan Central Blood Station were selected,they were divided into the conventional group(n=80)and the intervention group(n=80)according to random number table method.The conventional group received conventional nursing,and the intervention group adopted high-quality nursing intervention.The pain,blood scrapping rate,blood donation reaction and total nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The pain and blood scrapping rate of blood donation in the intervention group were lower than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The total incidence of blood donation reaction in the intervention group was lower than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The high-quality nursing intervention has a remarkable effect on blood quality,which can effectively alleviate the pain of voluntary blood donors,reduce the incidence of blood donation reactions and the rate of blood scrapping,and is worth promoting.
