Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of humanistic nursing in patients with appendicitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with appendicitis who underwent surgery from February 2017 to June 2019 in our hospital were selected as study subjects.According to the method of drawing,they were divided into reference group(n=50)and experimental group(n=50).The experimental group adopted humanistic nursing,the reference group used the routine nursing intervention method.The clinical nursing satisfaction,anxiety score,depression score,pain score,first exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time,and first defecation time were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the clinical nursing total satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group.The total complication rate,anxiety score,depression score,and pain score were lower than those of the reference group.The first exhaust time,the recovery time of the bowel sound,and the first defecation time were shorter than those of the reference.After nursing,the anxiety score,depression score and pain score of the experimental group and the reference group were lower than those before the nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic nursing in patients with appendicitis surgery can help reduce the degree of pain and shorten the recovery time of various indicators.
