Abstract：The current training of the students in high vocational schools has the current situation of too much focus on skills and less focus on quality education. In view of the employment characteristics and existing problems of current students studying pharmacology in high vocational schools, this paper deepens the connotation of experimental teaching by reforming the experimental contents, standardizing the management of experimental supplies, the management of experimental process responsibility and safety, and the standardization of practical skills, so as to infiltrate professionalism education and training into all aspects of experimental teaching, and build a teaching model for various training before conducting a comprehensive production project, including training of necessary knowledge for professional theory, training of basic skills in positions, and the knowledge education with the focus on quality and safety production according to the characteristics of the industry. The working environment of the workplace is also simulated,so that students have some understanding and awareness of the future workplace, in order to improve the professional quality of students and help students adapt to work as soon as possible.
