Probe on basic nursing teaching mode based on combination of clinical practice and teaching

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the active and effective basic nursing teaching mode to improve the quality of teaching and enhance the students′core competence.MethodsThe students of grade 2016 in class 1 and 2 of junior college in our school were exacted as object.Class 1 was randomly chosed as be the control group,and class 2 was the experimental group.The control group was given the traditional teaching theory classroom teaching,while the experimental group was given the combination mode of clinical simulation teaching and clinical clerkship.In the end of the semester,the same papers were used for theoretical assessment,and self-made questionnaire was used to carried out the teaching effect.ResultsThe theoretical examination results of students in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01),and the performance evaluation were higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The learning interest,understanding ability,thinking ability,practical ability,communication ability,cooperation ability,comprehensive ability and the recognition of teaching reform in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).ConclusionTeaching mode of combination of clinical practice and teaching used can improve the quality of teaching and improve the core competence of students,which is conducive to the development of schools and disciplines.
