Abstract:Objective To study the application effect of microlecture+flipped classroom in the teaching of pathology histology in higher vocational nursing under the background of Internet.Methods A total of 252 students from four classes of nursing specialty in grade 2016 of our college were selected to be included in the study.133 students from two classes were randomly selected as the experimental group and 119 students from two classes as the control group.The experimental group was given microlecture+flipped classroom teaching method,while the control group was given traditional teaching method.Questionnaires were used to investigate the satisfaction of students with the current implementation of teaching mode in the two groups,and the score of experimental reports were compared between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction degree of students on teaching content design,learning style,learning effect,improvement of learning ability and team consciousness cultivation in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).The evaluation achievement of the experimental report in the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of microlecture and flippedover classroom under the background of Internet is helpful to improve the teaching and learning effect of nursing pathology histology in higher vocational nursing,and is worthy of further study and application
