丹东市2017年消毒与病媒生物控制分析

摘要目的了解丹东市消毒与病媒生物控制工作现状，以便加强医疗机构感染和病媒传染病防控。方法 2017年对丹东市医疗机构消毒效果和病媒生物开展监测工作，并对监测结果进行分析和研究。结果 2017年丹东市共监测医疗机构采样1153份，合格1140份，合格率为98.87%；病媒生物监测显示丹东市蚊密度1.68只/（台·h）、蝇密度0.63只/（笼·h）、蟑螂密度0.06只/张、鼠密度1.40%。结论 2017年丹东市医疗机构消毒效果质量总体较好，病媒生物密度控制较好。

Abstract：Objective To get known the status quo of disinfection and biological vector control in Dandong City in order to strengthen the surveillance and control of infection in medical institutions and vector infectious diseases.Methods In 2017,the surveillance on the disinfection effect and vectors in medical institutions in Dandong City was conducted,and the monitoring results were analyzed and studied.Results A total of 1153 samples were collected from monitoring medical institutions in Dandong City in 2017,and 1140 were qualified,and the rate of qualification was 98.87%.Biological vector surveillance showed that the density of mosquitoes,flies,cockroach,and mice were 1.68 pieces/(set·h),0.63 piece/(cage·h),0.06 piece/sheet,and 1.40%in turn.Conclusion In 2017,the quality of disinfection in medical institutions in Dandong City is generally good with a satisfactory control of vector density.
