Abstract：Objective To investigate the application effect of standard operating procedures in professional technical operation training of disinfection supply center.Methods From January to December in 2016,10 staffs from the Disinfection and Supply Center of the Second People′s Hospital of Jiangmen City were selected as the research group,they conducted professional technical operation training through standard operating procedures.From January to December in 2015,10 staffs from the disinfection and supply center of the Second People′s Hospital of Jiangmen City were selected as the control group,and they conducted professional and technical operation training through traditional means.The application effect of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of professional technical operation examination in the study group was 96.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.0%),with significant difference(P＜0.05).The application compliance of the study group was 100.0%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(82.0%),with significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of standard operating procedures in the professional technical operation training of the disinfection supply center can increase the professional technical operation level of the staff,and at the same time can improve the staff′s compliance with the professional technical operation and training,and improve the overall work quality of the disinfection supply center.
