Abstract:In recent years, the contradiction between doctors and patients has gradually become a social problem. The contradiction between doctors and patients in China is becoming more and more severe. It is closely related to the distortion of social values and the imperfect medical system, and a large part is related to the lack of humanistic care and undesirable communication between doctors and patients. A favorable doctor-patient communication can not only improve the satisfaction and compliance of patients, but also can effectively avoid the occurrence of medical disputes. Improving the communication skills of clinicians with patients and their families is of great significance to building a harmonious medical relationship and reducing unnecessary medical disputes. The clinicians who are about to start their work have only learned the theoretical knowledge of doctor-patient communication during the theoretical course of the university, but lack basic communication ability and skills. This article combines the clinical practice of neurology department, from how to train a qualified physician with good doctor-patient communication ability, proposes a more rational medical teaching method, and hopes to explore a set of ways to improve the communication skills of clinicians and doctors in neurological diseases. The clinical teaching method integrates the communication between doctors and patients into regular teaching, and promotes the application to enable students to master the methods of communication between doctors and patients while mastering theoretical skills, to enhance practicality and provide guarantee for the smooth progress of clinical work.
