Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the application effect of PBL combined with multi-media teaching mode in pediatric practice teaching.Methods98 pediatric interns recruited in our hospital from July 20,2015 to March 11,2016 were selected and randomly divided into the two groups:the control group (49 cases)was given conventional teaching mode and the observation group(49 cases)was given the PBL combined with multi-media teaching mode.The post-teaching selfevaluation score,operation skill performance and theoretical knowledge performance pediatric interns between the two groups were compared.ResultsThe self-assessment score:satisfaction of teaching mode,ability of thinking and discrimination,clinical skills,independence and initiative of learning and interest in learning core of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).The operation skill score [(90.21±1.05)points]and theoretical knowledge points[(92.21±1.11)points]of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).ConclusionApplication of PBL combined with multi-media teaching mode in pediatric practice teaching not only can improve the interns′autonomous learning ability and enthusiasm for learning,but also increase the performance of operation skills and theoretical knowledge,which promote the interns′clinical thinking ability.
