Abstract:Objective To deeply understand the experience of nursing undergraduates on diversified teaching model in China.MethodsFrom October 2017 to January 2018,30 nursing undergraduates reading at Central South University were interviewed with 4 groups. All the interview recordings were transcribed into Word documents and coded and classified by thematic analysis method. Results Nursing undergraduates have carried out a variety of teaching methods, and reflected in the pre-class preview, classroom display and after-class homework three links.Diversified teaching mode enlivens classroom atmosphere, strengthens students'mastery of knowledge, improves students'comprehensive ability, and reduces students'anxiety about exams to a certain extent. However, there are some drawbacks in the current implementation process, such as providing a chance for some students to"paddle"and improper use of diversified teaching methods may reduce the quality of teaching,or become a"sweet burden"for students.Students suggest that the development of diversified teaching model should be light of form and emphasis on connotation;diversified courses should be selected according to the nature and difficulty of the curriculum, and the number of courses carried out each semester;teachers'overall quality and training of diversified classroom control ability should be strengthened. Conclusion While affirming the effective value of diversified teaching mode in nurses training,we should objectively evaluate its shortcomings and take effective measures to improve it so as to maximize the advantages and functions of diversified teaching mode and train nurses with all-round development.
