Abstract:Eight-year clinical medicine education is a brand-new training mode,aiming at training more high-level medical personnel.English level is one of the key points in the eight-year internship course,so it is a difficult task to explore the bilingual teaching mode of the eight-year internship course under the new situation.In order to improve the effect of bilingual teaching in medical eight-year probation course,this paper puts forward some relevant bilingual teaching methods,including training key bilingual teachers,arousing students'enthusiasm for learning,choosing appropriate bilingual teaching materials and flexibly applying various teaching methods according to students'actual conditions(such as question-based learning,typical case study,bilingual Seminar teaching method in Chinese and English,training bilingual standardized patients,making full use of multimedia teaching,organizing bilingual teaching rounds,writing English medical records,making full use of foreign students'resources,conducting probation examinations from time to time and summarizing and collecting them after class to collect feedback from students).It is hoped that through the application of the above-mentioned teaching methods,a bilingual teaching model suitable for eight-year medical probation course will be established to train high-quality compound medical talents to meet the future medical needs.
