Abstract：Objective To explore the value of high-quality nursing in total hip replacement and provide theoretical basis for clinic.Methods A total of 60 patients who accepted total hip replacement in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2017 were selected as study subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to the admission sequence，30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with routine operation nursing，while those in the observation group were treated with high-quality nursing cooperation.Total satisfaction rate of nursing，duration of operation and intraoperative blood loss were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The duration of operation of the observation group was shorten than that of the control group，while intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05）.The total satisfaction rate of nursing of the observation group was 93.33%，which was significantly higher than that in the control group （73.33%）（P＜0.05）.Conclusion High-quality nursing in total hip replacement can improve total satisfaction rate of nursing， shorten the duration of operation and reduce intraoperative blood loss，which is benefit to improve the patients′compliance.It is worthy to be applied generally in clinical practice.
