梅花针扣刺联合热敏灸治疗老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛的效果

摘要目的探讨梅花针扣刺联合热敏灸治疗老年带状疱疹（HZ）后遗神经痛的效果。方法选取2016年3月～2017年3月在本院接受治疗的50例老年HZ后遗神经痛患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各25例。对照组给予卡马西平治疗，观察组给予梅花针扣刺联合热敏灸治疗，比较两组睡眠质量评分、皮损程度评分、视觉模拟评分（VAS）及总有效率。结果治疗后，观察组睡眠质量评分、皮损程度评分、VAS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组治疗总有效率（96.00%）高于对照组（72.00%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论梅花针扣刺联合热敏灸方法可有效改善老年HZ后遗神经痛患者预后，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of plum blossom needle acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion on post-herpetic neuralgia in elderly patients with herpes zoster （HZ）.Methods A total of 50 elderly patients with postherpetic neuralgia who treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with carbamazepine,the observation group was treated with plum blossom needle and acupuncture combined with heat-sensitiv moxibustion,the sleep quality score,skin lesion degree score,visual analogy score (VAS)and total effective rate were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the sleep quality score,skin lesion score and VAS score of the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group (96.00%)was higher than that of the control group (72.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Plum blossom needle acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with postherpetic neuralgia in the elderly,which is worthy of popularization.
