Abstract:Objective To explore the value of continuous nursing in discharged patients with postoperative indwelling double "J" tubes after minimally invasive surgery for upper urinary tract calculi. Methods A total of 132 cases of upper urinary calculi who received minimally invasive surgery in our hospital from October 2016 to April 2018 were selected as study subjects, and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 66 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing, while the experimental group were treated with continuous nursing. The posthospital complications and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of lumbago, bladder irritation, gross hematuria, chills and fever and the rate of readmission in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 90.9%, which was higher than 72.7% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuative care in discharged patients with double "J" tube after minimally invasive treatment of upper urinary tract calculi can reduce the occurrence of postdischarge complications, and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of popularization and application.
