Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of cognitive psychological nursing in patients with depression.Methods Sixty patients with depression admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled and they were diveded into the study group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases) according to the random number table method.The control group received routine care and the observation group used cognitive psychological care.The nursing effect, Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) score, and total satisfaction of care were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The HAMD scores of the two groups after the nursing were significantly lower than those before the nursing, the HAMD scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive psychological care for patients with depression is clinically effective, and the patients′ depressive symptoms are significantly improved, which has a high promotion value.
