Abstract：As a new gait evaluation system, the three-dimensional gait analysis system has the advantages of objectivity, comprehensiveness, science and convenience, it has been gradually applied in the field of medical evaluation at home and abroad, especially in the field of lower limb orthopedic surgery for cerebral palsy.This article reviews threedimensional gait analysis to guide the formulation of lower limb orthopaedic surgery for cerebral palsy, to evaluate the effect of surgery, to select rehabilitation treatment methods, to evaluate the course of rehabilitation, to develop orthopaedic devices and to quantify the efficacy of botulinum toxin.
