Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of microsurgical operation and flaps free replantation in the treatment of retrograde avulsion of hand skin. Methods A total of 80 cases with retrograde avulsion of hand skin in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected as subjects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group (n=39) and the observation group (n=41).The control group received flaps free replantation treatment, patients in the observation group received microsurgical operation. The survival of hand skin, hand function and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of hand skin survival in the observation group was 85.4%, which was higher than that in the control group(64.1%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The excellent rate of hand function score of the observation group was 90.2%, which was higher than that of the control group with 66.7%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups, which was comparable (P>0.05).Conclusion Microsurgical treatment of avulsion injury of hand skin has good clinical effect. The skin survival rate of hand is high, hand function is good, and there is no obvious adverse reaction. It is safe and reliable, and is worthy of clinical application.
