Abstract:ObjectiveTo compare the effect of arthroscopic traditional suture bridge fixation and arthroscopic double pulley non suture bridge fixation in rotator cuff tears repair.Methods75 patients with rotator cuff tears who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from February 2014 to September 2016 were analyzed retrospectively, and divided into the control group(33 cases)and the study group(42 cases)according to the different treatment. The control group treated with traditional arthroscopic suture bridge fixation, and the study group treated with arthroscopic double pulley suture free bridge fixation. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe shoulder joint Constant score, visual score (VAS),University of California at Los Angeles shoulder score (UCLA),American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons score (ASES)and the activity of shoulder joint of the two groups at the 1 years after surgery were significantly improved compared with before operation (P<0.05).The above indicators of the research group compared with the control group showed no significant difference at the 1 years after surgery (P>0.05).The incidence of ankylosis and rotator cuff tear again of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionCompared with traditional suture bridge fixation, double pulley knotless suture bridge fixation under arthroscopy for the treatment of rotator cuff tear can not obviously improve the patients′postoperative shoulder function scores and shoulder activity degree, but can significantly reduce the risk of the postoperative ankylosis and rotator cuff tear recurrence, and it is simple and easy to operate, with short operation time, which is more widely applicable.
