Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of rehabilitation center and family rehabilitation on the motor ability in children patients with cerebral palsy.MethodsFrom January 2015 to October 2010,100 pediatric patients with cerebral palsy treated in our hospital were selected as research objects.By random number table method, they were evenly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group. In the control group, routine rehabilitation model was used and family rehabilitation mode was adopted in the observation group. The therapeutic effect, gross motor function classification system (GMFCS)in cerebral palsy and therapeutic satisfaction by family members in the two groups were compared.ResultsThe total therapeutic efficiency in the observation group(92.0%)was significantly higher than that in the control group (82.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In observation group, proportion of children with GMFCS gradingⅠandⅡwere higher than those in the control group, gradingⅢandⅤin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The therapeutic satisfaction of the family members of children in the observation group(90.0%)was higher than that in the control group(80.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionFamily rehabilitation has a good application effect in the rehabilitation of motor ability in children with cerebral palsy. It can effectively improve the effect of rehabilitation therapy and motor function, and increase the treatment satisfaction by family members, which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
