Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of gynecological diseases.Methods158 patients with gynecological surgery admitted in our hospital from December 2015 to February 2017 were selected as the subjects. The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,79 patients in each group. The patients in the study group underwent laparoscopic surgery, while the patients in the control group underwent laparotomy. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, the postoperative exhaust time and the hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.ResultsAll of the patients in the study group underwent laparoscopic surgery successfully. The operation time was compared between the two groups, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss of the patients in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionCompared with laparotomy, laparoscopic gynecological surgery has the advantages of less bleeding, quick recovery after operation, less complication and less risk of trauma in patients with high safety and belongs to the important surgical method of preserving the uterus.
