Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of fast-track surgical nursing mode in postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing bipolar transurethral plas-makinetic resection of the prostate (PKRP).Methods From January 2017 to October 2018, 110 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected as the study subjects in our hospital. All patients were underwent PKRP.They were divided into group A (55 cases) and group B (55 cases) according to random number table method.Group A was adopted routine nursing methods.Group B was adopted the nursing mode of rapid rehabilitation surgery. The anus exhaust time, the time of getting out of bed, the postoperative hospital stay and the postoperative complication rate for the two groups were compared. Results The postoperative feeding time, anal exhaust time, time to get out of bed, postoperative hospital stay in group B were shorter than group A, and visual analog scales(VAS) scores were lower than those in group A, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.001).The total incidence of postoperative complications in group B were lower than those in group A, and the satisfactions were higher than that of group A, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.001).Conclusions The Fast-track surgical nursing mode is a safe and effective nursing method for patients undergoing PKRP.It not only promotes rapid postoperative recovery and reduces postoperative complications, but also improves patient satisfactions.Which is worthy applying and promoting in clinical practice.
