Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA circulation management method in physical examination.Methods A total of 1000 medical examinees in our department from February 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into control group and research group, 500 cases in each group according to whether PDCA circulation management method was used.The control group was managed by routine management method, while the research group was managed by PDCA circulation method, the total satisfaction and error complaint rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total satisfaction rate (90.4%) in the research group was higher than that in the control group (75.0%) and the error complaint rate (0.4%) was lower than that in the control group (3.2%),the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA circulation management method in physical examination can significantly improve the level of physical examination management, ensure the quality of physical examination service, improve the satisfaction of physical examinees, and reduce the rate of error complaints.It is worth popularizing and applying.
