腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术后复发及相关因素分析

摘要目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术后的复发及相关因素。方法选择2015年2月10日～2017年8月10日至我院就诊的100例腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者，对所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析并随访，分析其术后复发率与危险因素。结果术后进行病情随访，100例患者中，复发4例，复发率为4.00%。影响术后复发的相关危险因素包括体重指数（BMI）≥24 kg/m2、具有既往分娩史、子宫肌瘤数≥2个、最大子宫肌瘤直径≥6 em。影响术后复发的独立危险因素包括BMI≥24 kg/m2、子宫肌瘤数≥2个。结论对腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者而言，BMI≥24 kg/m2、具有既往分娩史、子宫肌瘤数≥2个、最大子宫肌瘤直径≥6 em均是引发术后疾病复发的相关危险因素，而BMI≥24 kg/m2、子宫肌瘤数≥2个则为复发的独立危险因素，应引起临床上的重视。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the reeurrenee and related faetors after laparoseopie myomeetomy.Methods A total of 100 patients with hysteromyomeetomy under laparoseopy from 10 February 2015 to 10 August 2017 in our hospital were seleeted.The elinieal data of all patients were retrospeetively analyzed and followed up.The reeurrenee rate and risk faetors were analyzed.Results Follow-up showed that there were 4 eases of reeurrenee in 100 patients，the reeurrenee rate was 4.00%.Body mass index（BMI）≥24 kg/m2，having previous ehildbirth history，the number of uterine fibroids was greater than or equal to 2，the diameter of the largest uterine fibroids was greater than or equal to 6 em were the risk faetors for reeurrenee after operation.Independent risk faetors affeeting postoperative reeurrenee were BMI≥24 kg/m2，the number of uterine fibroids was greater than or equal to 2.Conclusion For patients undergoing laparoseopie myomeetomy，BMI≥24 kg/m2，having previous ehildbirth history，the number of uterine fibroids is greater than or equal to 2，the diameter of the largest uterine fibroids is greater than or equal to 6 em are assoeiated risk faetors for postoperative reeurrenee.However，BMI≥24 kg/m2and the number of uterine fibroids is greater than or equal to 2 are the independent risk faetors for reeurrenee.
