Abstract:Objective To study the nursing effect of ambulance remote video monitoring system (RVMS)in the prehospital emergency care. Methods From June to December in 2016,17 085 assessment files of nursing quality control without ambulance RVMS and 18 736 nursing quality control assessment files with ambulance RVMS from January to June in 2017 were analyzed. The quality of care and satisfaction of nursing before and after applying ambulance RVMS were compared. Results After application, the total score of nursing service quality was significantly higher than that before (P<0.05).The total satisfaction degree after treatment was 94.90%,higher than that before accounting for 92.03% (P<0.05).Conclusion In the pre-hospital emergency nursing quality control, application of the ambulance RVMS can cover the blind spots that are difficult to control, and guide and control the key links in the pre-hospital emergency care.Video real-time monitoring plays a role in urging first-aid nurses. The prompt reminding on inappropriate operation from the full-time quality control nurses can correct the nursing, prevent the occurrence of safety hazards to large extent, and effectively improve the nursing quality of pre-hospital first aid.
