Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of gestational diabetes with insulin. Methods A total of 100 cases of gestational diabetes treated in our hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were the subjects of this study. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the order of visits,50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with insulin, and the patients in the observation group were treated with insulin nursing intervention. After the study was completed, the blood glucose changes, insulin dosage, blood glucose attainment time, neonatal status, and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the blood glucose level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The preterm birth rate, meconium contamination rate, and neonatal huge rate were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had less insulin than the control group, and the blood glucose reaching time was shorter than the control group, the total incidence of complications was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention has a significant effect in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus with insulin, which can improve the blood glucose level of patients and is worthy of clinical application.
