Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the role of continuous nursing in improving the psychological status of patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures and reducing the incidence of complications.Methods100 patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures treated in our hospital from February 2014 to December 2016 were divided into two groups according to the random number method,50 cases were treated with routine nursing intervention(control group),50 cases were treated with continuous nursing intervention(study group).The two groups of patients were compared with symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)score,daily living ability score(ADL)and complications.ResultsBefore the intervention,the dimensions of SCL-90 scores between two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05),stem dimensions prognosis in patients of the study group SCL-90 scores were significantly lower than control group(P<0.050;before the intervention,the ADL score of the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05),intervention group patients ADL the score was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05),The incidence of complications in the study group(8.00%))was significantly lower than that in the control group(54.00%)(P<0.05).ConclusionIn the thoracic and lumbar compression fractures in patients with continuous nursing care can significantly improve the psychological state of patients,improve the ability of patients with daily life,reduce the risk of complications.
