ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of external incision indocting hemorrhoid and external stripping ligation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.MethodsFrom July 2014 to March 2016,82 patients who were treated with mixed hemorrhoids in our hospital were included in the study and grouped according to the random data table.41 cases of the control group were treated with external stripping and ligation. The use of external injection Note Xiao Ling, clinical efficacy were compared.ResultsThe healing time, pain relief time and average hospitalization time were lower in the observation group than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),The total effective rate was 95.12%in the control group and 97.56%in the observation group. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The complication rate and recurrence rate were 4.88%and 0.00%,respectively,which were 24.39%and 14.64%lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe external treatment of hemorrhoids and indigestion and ligation are obvious, but the former is small, can effectively reduce the VAS score, shorten the hospital stay, promote wound healing, and the incidence of complications is low,it is worth promoting.
