Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the risk factors of central retinal vein occlusion.MethodsThe clinical data of 258 cases of outpatients and inpatients in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed in this study.Among them, there were 132 cases of central retinal vein occlusion(the study group),and 126 cases was non central retinal vein occlusion(the control group). The level of blood glucose, blood lipid(triglyceride, cholesterol, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein),platelet count, fibrinogen and blood D-dimer in the two groups was compared.ResultsUnivariate analysis showed that there was significant difference in the level of hypertension, diabetes, smoking and D-dimer between the two groups(P<0.05).After adjusting for age, smoking and other factors,Logistic regression analysis showed that the hypertension, diabetes and D-dimer levels were independent risk factors for central retinal vein occlusion(D-dimer:OR=1.31,95%CI:1.028-1.894,P=0.041;hypertension:OR=1.24,95%CI:1.094-1.672,P=0.039;diabetes:OR=1.37, 95%CI:1.128-1.933,P=0.046).The level of D-dimer was significantly different between ischemic and non-ischemic central retinal vein occlusion(P<0.05).ConclusionThe increase of D-dimer,hypertension and diabetes are independent risks factor for central retinal vein occlusion.D-dimer,hypertension and diabetes may be the predictor of central retinal vein occlusion. The level of D-dimer may be related to ischemic central retinal vein occlusion.
