Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of D-dimer(D-D)combined with fibrinogen(Fg)in the early diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods362 patients who were diagnosed as coronary artery disease(stenosis≥50%)by coronary angiography from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected and divided into the single branch group,the double branch group and the multiple branch group according to the branch number of arterial stenosis.The patients were divided into the unstable angina pectoris group(the UAP group),the stable angina pectoris group(the SAP group)and the acute myocardial infarction group(the AMI group)according to the diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease.Another 120 cases of healthy subjects with negative results of coronary angiography were selected as the control group.The level of Fg and D-D were detected and compared between each group.ResultsThe levels of Fg and D-D in patients with coronary heart disease group were higher than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The Fg and D-D levels in the AMI group was higher than that in the UAP group and the SAP group,with significant difference (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the Fg and D-D levels between the UAP group and the SAP group (P>0.05).The level of Fg in the multiple branch group was higher than that in the double branch group and the single branch group,and level of Fg in the double branch group was higher than that in the single branch group,with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in D-D level between each artery disease group(P>0.05).ConclusionD-D combined with Fg detection is beneficial to the diagnosis of early coronary heart disease,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
