Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the application of humanistic care in reducing the complication of elderly patients with infusion and improving patient satisfaction.MethodsFrom January 2016 to September 2016,hospitalized patients who were treated with infusion in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,55 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine infusion care.The patients in the experimental group were given humanistic care and nursing care.The intervention time was 1 month.After the intervention,the complications of the infusion were observed by clinical observation and the nursing satisfaction degree was investigated by questionnaire.ResultsThe incidence of adverse reactions such as leakage injury,air embolism,phlebitis and infusion reaction were lower in the experimental group than in the control group (P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that those in the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionThe use of humanistic care in elderly infusion patients is conducive to reducing the incidence of complications of infusion,at the same time,to enhance the recognition of patients and their families on nursing services.
