Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the effect of emergency nursing process on patients with traumatic shock.MethodsClinical data of 80 cases of patients with traumatic shock who were treated in department of emergency in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were analyzed and divided into control group and observation group according to different emergency nursing processes.Monitoring of vital signs and maintaining airway patency were performed for 40 cases in control group(conventional emergency procedures);the injury assessment,recovery of effective circulation process, dynamic condition monitoring,preoperative preparation,organization and coordination and psychological nursing measures were performed for 40 cases in observation group(emergency nursing process).The duration from admission to the accurate diagnosis time,first-aid implementation time,preoperative preparation time,emergency time,hospitalization time, first-aid success rate,mortality rate of two groups of patients were compared.ResultsThe duration from admission to the accurate diagnosis time,first-aid implementation time,preoperative preparation time,emergency time and hospitalization time in observation group[(25.7±9.6)min,(40.2±10.6)min,(50.2±13.6)min,(42.4±12.8)min and(17.6±5)d]were shorter than those in control group[(40.8±12.3)min,(66.7±15.8)min,(70.9±16.4)min,(64.2±14.1)min and(25.5±7.6)d]. The first-aid success rate of observation group(100.0%)were higher than that in control group(90.0%).The mortality rate of observation group(0.0%)were lower than that in control group(7.5%).All the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionApplication of emergency nursing process in patients with traumatic shock can improve the efficiency of first aid and reduce the time of first aid and hospital stay so as to improve the success rate of emergency treatment and reduce the mortality rate.
