Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of predictive nursing on lower postoperative complications in patients with gallstones.M ethods 150 patientswith gallstones were selected and divided into control group(74 cases)and treatment group(76 cases)according to the order of admission from May to October 2015.Patients in the control group were received general nursing care while patients in treatment group were received predictive nursing care.The postoperative hospital stays,the time gastrointestinal function returned to normal,the rate of complication and patient satisfaction between two groups after operation were compared.Results The postoperative hospital stays of the patients in treatment group was shorter than that of control group;the time gastrointestinal function returned to normal of the patients in treatment group was shorter than that of control group;the rate of complication of the patients in treatment group was lower than thatof control group,the patient satisfaction of the patients in treatment group was higher than that of control group,with the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing can shorten the hospital stays and the time gastrointestinal function return to normal.It also can lower the rate of postoperative complications in gallstones patients and enhance patient satisfaction.It isworth generalizing and applying.
