App lication effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia in pregnant women of labor analgesia and its influence on the outcome of pregnancy

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia （CSEA）in pregnant women of labor analgesia and its influence on the outcome of pregnancy. Methods 200 primipara from December 2013 to November 2015 in our hospital were selected as the research group，50 primiparae unenforced labor analgesia was selected as the control group，150 primiparae implemented CSEA labor analgesiawere selected as the observation group. The observation group was divided into groupⅠ （50 cases），groupⅡ （49 cases），groupⅢ （51 cases）according to the random numbers tablemethod.When the uterinemouth in the three groups of pregnantwomen was opened to 1，2，3 cm，the anesthesia and analgesia was implemented.The VAS score，birth process，oxytocin use rate，delivery outcome was compared among the four group.Results The VAS score of each period in groupⅠ，groupⅡ and groupⅢ was lower than that in the control group，the VAS score of each period in groupⅠ，groupⅡwas lower than that in groupⅢ，with significant difference （P＜0.05）.The first birth time of groupⅠ，groupⅡ and groupⅢ was shorter than that of the control group，the first birth time of groupⅠ，groupⅡwas shorter than that of groupⅢ，with significant difference （P＜0.05）.The utilization rate of oxytocin in groupⅠ，groupⅡand groupⅢwas higher than that in the control group，with significant difference （P＜0.05）.The scores ofmaternal satisfaction in groupⅠ，groupⅡand groupⅢwas higher than that in the control group，with significant difference （P＜0.05）.The cesarean section rate of the observation group was lower than that of control group，with significant difference （P＜0.05）.Conclusion The use of CSEA for labor analgesia can significantly shorten the first labor process，reduce the cesarean section rate，analgesia effect are better，and the maternal satisfaction score is higher.
