Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of quadruple therapy in the radical treatment of Helicobacter pylori(HP). Methods Clinical data from 258 patients with HP admitted into our internal medicine department of 92763 army hospital from February 2010 to April 2015 were analyzed.According to different therapeutic methods, they were divided into control group(n=108)and quadruple therapy group(n=150).In the observation group, the positive rate after therapy in HP patients in both groups was observed as well as clinical efficacy in the two groups. Results The positive rate was 9.3% after treatment in the quadruple therapy group in comparison with that in the control group accounting for 30.6%,with statistical difference(χ2=14.20,P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the quadruple therapy group was 90.7%,much higher than that in the control group accounting for 69.4%,with statistical difference(χ2=14.20,P<0.05).Conclusion The positive rate conversing to be negative of HP treated by quadruple therapy radically is obvious with a great clinical effect, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
