Abstract:Objective To exp1ore the effect of schizophrenia patients with cognitive behaviora1 therapy in refractory de1usion and cognitive bias.Methods 62 schizophrenia patients with cognitive behaviora1 therapy in refractory de1usion and cognitive bias from June 2011 to March 2015 of our hospita1 were se1ected and random divided into observation group and contro1 group.Patients in two groups were respective1y given CBT combined with drug therapy and simp1y drug therapy.The effect was eva1uated by using PSYRATS and DACOBS respective1y after 9 weeks and 18 weeks.Results After treatment for 9 weeks and 18 weeks,the patients'de1usion and cognitive bias in observation group were improved obvious1y compared with before treatment(t=3.17,4.54,2.15,4.30,P<0.05),and the improvement degree were better than those in contro1 group (t=2.15,2.87,2.12,4.15,P<0.05).The effect in observation group was better than that in contro1 group after treatment(P=0.001).Conclusion Cognitive behaviora1 therapy can not on1y improvement the refractory de1usion of schizophrenia,but a1so he1pfu1 to the patients'cognitive bias.
