Abstract：Objective To explore the related impact of pregnant threatened abortion impact factors and pregnancy outcomes. Methods 80 threatened abortion pregnants from January 2014 to January 2015 of our hospital outpatient were selected and were grouped according to the different pregnancy outcomes.The pregnants with better pregnancy outcomes were divided into study group and pregnants with adverse pregnancy outcomes were divided into control group.The clinical data of them were surveyed and analyzed. Results The special affinity for booze，taking drugs，older pregnancy，intrauterine large hematoma，career in heavy pollution，early pregnancy vaginal bleeding and large number bleeding of vagina in study group had obvious difference compared with control group，and the difference was statistical significance （P＜0.05）. Conclusion During pregnancy，hreatened abortion pregnants may impact from the factors of special affinity for booze，taking drugs，older pregnancy，intrauterine large hematoma，career in heavy pollution，early pregnancy vaginal bleeding and large number bleeding of vagina.The strengthening fetus protection measures should be conducted after early examination and avoided the interference of risk factors as soon as possible to maintain fetuses and newborn health and improve fransnana outcomes.
