Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of community comprehensive mental rehabilitation measures on the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia.Methods 200 sufferers with schizophrenia at our area from January 2013 to January 2015 were divided into the observation group and the control group according order to random method，100 cases in each.The control group only received a follow-up assessment to understand the patients′medication and condition changes，not to carry out rehabilitation guidance.The research group was given comprehensive rehabilitation intervention measures，the intervention time was 1 year，and the effect of the two groups were observed.Results The Krawiecka and SDSS scores of the study group were significantly decreased，while the control group were not significantly decreased，SDSS score was significantly increased，there was a trend，there were clear differences in the aspects of observation group and control group （P＜0.01）；the total score and the factor scores of BPRS in the study group were significantly decreased，compared with before intervention，there were clear differences in the aspects（P＜0.05），the total score of BPRS in the control group was higher than that in the control group，and there was a significant trend，there were clear differences in the aspects（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Community rehabilitation intervention measures to promote the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia has a positive effect and the foundation that patients come back to the community.
