4 Effect and mechanism of Dabuyuan Decoction on ovarian reserve function based on FOXO3a mediated PI3K/AKT pathway

Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of Dabuyuan Decoction medicated serum on the improvement of ovarian reserve hypofunction through the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinases (PI3K)/protein kinase B (AKT) signaling pathway mediated by FOXO3a. Methods Thirty-six healthy SD rats were randomly divided into blank group (n=6), model group (n=6), Daybuyuan Decoction high-dose group (n=6), Daybuyuan Decoction medium-dose group (n=6), Daybuyuan Decoction low-dose group (n=6) and Western medicine group (n=6), both were injected with Cyclophosphamide 75 mg/kg to make the model. After corresponding treatment, the ovarian reserve function of each group was compared. Results HE staining results showed that, compared with the model group, the number of follicles, the thickness of granular layer, the number of layers, and the degree of arrangement density of ovarian tissue in the Daybuyuan Decoction high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose groups and the Western medicine group were significantly increased, while the number of atresia follicles was decreased. Serum levels of estradiol (E2), anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) and inhibin B (INH-B) in blank group were higher than those in other groups, while serum levels of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) in blank group were lower than those in other groups, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Serum E2, AMH and INH-B in Daybuyuan Decoction high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose groups and Western medicine group were higher than those in model group, while FSH and LH were lower than those in model group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Serum E2, AMH and INH-B in Daybuyuan Decoction high-dose group were higher than those in Daybuyuan Decoction medium-dose and low-dose groups and Western medicine group, while FSH and LH were lower than those in Daybuyuan Decoction medium-dose and low-dose groups and Western medicine group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in serum E2, AMH, INH-B, FSH and LH of Daybuyuan Decoction medium-dose and low-dose groups and Western medicine group (P>0.05). The expression level of FOXO3a in blank group and Daybuyuan Decoction high-dose group was lower than that in other groups, while the expression of PI3K and AKT were higher than those in other groups, with statistical significances (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in FOXO3a, PI3K and AKT expression levels between blank group and Daybuyuan Decoction high-dose group (P>0.05). The expression level of FOXO3a in Daybuyuan Decoction high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose groups and Western medicine group were lower than those in model group, with statistical significances (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in FOXO3a, PI3K and AKT expression levels among Daybuyuan Decoction medium-dose group, low-dose group and Western medicine group (P>0.05). Conclusion Dabuyuan Decoction can consolidate the body, nourish qi and blood, and has a significant effect in regulating the decline of ovarian function. It has the effect of alleviating the symptoms of premature ovarian failure in rats. This effect is closely related to the mechanism of regulating FOXO3a, PI3K and AKT expression levels in vivo.

9 Investigation on wild medicinal plant resources in Fangshan district of Beijing

Objective To investigate the general situation of medicinal resources in Fangshan district of Beijing, and understand the species and distribution of medicinal plant resources in Fangshan district of Beijing. Methods According to the National Technical Specification for the General Survey of Chinese Meteria Madica (CMM) Resources and Beijing CMM Resource Survey Program, the wild CMM resources in Fangshan district of Beijing were surveyed by 3S technology, sampling plots and transect lines, collecting plant specimens and medicinal materials, combined with relevant software and literature. Results According to the survey, there were 319 species of wild medicinal plants distributed in Fangshan district of Beijing, including 85 families, 220 genera, 6 families with more than 10 species, and 70 species of 33 families were recorded in the 2020 edition of Pharmacopoeia of the People′s Republic of China, accounting for 21.9% of the total number of wild medicinal plants in Fangshan district of Beijing. Conclusion Fangshan district of Beijing is rich in wild medicinal plant resources and has a high degree of diversity, which has great promotion value.

16 Effect of Zhenzhu Tiaozhi Capsules on hyperlipidemia

Objective To investigate the effect of Zhenzhu Tiaozhi Capsules for the treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods A total of 80 patients with hyperlipidemia admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects. According to random number table method, they were divided into experimental group (n=40) and control group (n=40). The control group was given conventional drug treatment, and the experimental group was given Zhenzhu Tiaozhi Capsules treatment on the basis of the control group, and all were treated for 12 weeks. The blood lipid level, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome efficacy and adverse events of the two groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences in the levels of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After 4 and 12 weeks of treatment, the levels of serum TC, TG, LDL-C in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, while HDL-C levels were higher than those before treatment, and the levels of serum TC, TG and LDL-C in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of HDL-C was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse events between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Zhenzhu Tiaozhi Capsules has a significant effect on hyperlipidemia, which can improve blood lipid level and TCM syndrome of patients more effectively, and has a high safety.

20 Correlation between rs699947 polymorphism of vascular endothelial growth factor gene and susceptibility to breast cancer in Han women

Objective To investigate the correlation between rs699947 polymorphism of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) gene and susceptibility to breast cancer in Han women. Methods From March 2013 to August 2018, 258 breast cancer patients in Qiqihar and Daqing of Heilongjiang Province were selected as the breast cancer group, and 162 healthy women were selected as the control group during the same period. PCR was used for genotyping of peripheral blood cells. Results The distribution of alleles and genotypes between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). After adjusting for confounding factors, the predictive value of AC and AA for breast cancer risk was 0.341 and 0.170, respectively (P<0.05). The predictive risk of breast cancer in the dominant model and the recessive model were 0.276 and 2.657, respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion The polymorphism of rs699947 in VEGF gene is significantly associated with breast cancer susceptibility. Genotype AC and AA are the protective factors of breast cancer.

24 Analysis of clinical efficacy of modified Hardinge approach cemented artificial femoral head replacement

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of modified Hardinge approach cemented artificial femoral head replacement. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 108 elderly patients who underwent artificial femoral head replacement in the Department of Orthopedics, Jiangdu People's Hospital of Yangzhou City from January 2016 to January 2019 due to femoral neck fractures, and divided them into observation group (45 cases) and control group according to the operation method Group (63 cases). The observation group used the modified Hardinge approach bone cement prosthesis, and the control group used the posterolateral approach non-cemented prosthesis. The incision length, operation time, preoperative and postoperative hemoglobin (Hb) and blood transfusion were compared between the two groups. Rate, postoperative complications and Harris hip function score. Results The incision length of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the operation time was longer than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). One month after the operation, the Harris hip function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in Hb, blood transfusion rate, complication rate, Harris hip function score at 6 months after operation between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion The modified Hardinge approach cemented femoral head replacement has the advantages of smaller surgical incision and rapid early improvement of hip function. It can provide a new choice for the treatment of femoral neck fracture in the elderly.

29 Research progress of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction

According to the level of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), heart failure (HF) can be divided into heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF), heart failure with retained ejection fraction (HFpEF) and heart failure with median ejection fraction (HFmrEF). HFrEF is the main type of HF, and its incidence is increasing year by year. Although the combination of existing traditional drugs for the treatment of HFrEF can delay the course of the disease and improve the symptoms and prognosis of patients to a certain extent, there are many adverse reactions of traditional drugs, the treatment effect of HFrEF is limited, and the complications or complications of HFrEF can not be effectively treated, and the rehospitalization rate and mortality rate of patients are still high. Recently, with the further research and exploration of the occurrence and development of HFrEF and the mechanism of drug action, a variety of Chinese and Western drugs have been developed to make up for the deficiency of traditional drugs in the treatment of HFrEF.In this paper,the treatment of HFrEF Chinese and Western medicine representative drugs Ivabradine,Shakubaqu Valsartan, Aliskiren, Shexiang Baoxin Pills, Qili QiangXin Capsule pharmacological characteristics and treatment progress were reviewed.

37 Clinical research progress of treatment arrhythmia patients by Amiodarone combined with Metoprolol

 Arrhythmia belongs to common heart disease, with its quickness arrhythmia, tardy arrhythmia, can be divided into clinical treatment no effective drug for a long time, drug use too much, can appear side effect, influence the treatment effect and prognosis of patients with recovery, select effective and safe drug, are key problems in the treatment of arrhythmia. Amiodarone is a commonly used anti-arrhythmia drug in clinic, while Metoprolol is a typical β receptor blocker, which is widely used in clinic. In this paper, the mechanism and research progress of amiodarone and metoprolol in the treatment of arrhythmia were reviewed, aiming to provide theoretical basis for guiding clinical medication.

41 Detection of Indometacin in antirheumatic pain relieving health products by rapid screening method

Objective To establish a rapid screening method for the detection of indometacin in antirheumatic pain relieving healthy products. Methods The samples of different dosage forms were extracted with 4 ml of 0.4% sodium hydroxide solution, acidified and precipitated impurities with 2 ml of 3 mol/L sulfuric acid solution. The filtrate was added with 1 drop of 5% ferric chloride solution and 3% hydrogen peroxide solution for color reaction. The confirmation of samples by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS) was performed on a CAPCELL PAK C18 MG Ⅲ(2.0 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) column, with gradient elution of 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetateacetonitrile, the flow rate was 0.2 ml/min, the column temperature was 35°C, the injection volume was 10 μl, and the detection was multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) in negative ion mode. Results A total of 112 batches of samples of different dosage forms (27 batches of tablets, 5 batches of granules, 61 batches of capsules and 19 batches of pills)were collected by chromogenic reaction method for rapid screening. Sixteen batches of positive samples were detected(capsule 15 batches, pill 1 batch), the detection limit of method was 0.25 mg/times, the rate of missed detection and error detection was 0%, and the correct rate was 100%. Conclusion Color reaction has strong specificity, low missed detection rate and low false detection rate, and high accuracy. It can be employed in the rapid screening detection of Indometacin in antirheumatic pain relieving health products.

45 Optimization of extraction technology of 1-deoxynojirimycin from mulberry seeds by orthogonal test

 Objective To optimize the extraction process of 1-deoxynojirimycin (DNJ) from mulberry seeds by orthogonal test. Methods The extraction rate of DNJ from mulberry seeds was determined by precolumn derivatization high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Based on single factor experiment, the effects of extraction temperature,ethanol concentration and hydrochloric acid concentration on the extraction rate of DNJ from mulberry seeds were investigated. The optimum extraction process of DNJ from mulberry seed was determined by orthogonal test. Results Single factor experiment was conducted to investigate and analyze the extraction time, solvent amount, extraction times,etc., the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05). The orthogonal experimental variance analysis of hydrochloric acid concentration, ethanol concentration and extraction temperature showed that the hydrochloric acid concentration had significant effect on the extraction effect of DNJ, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Considering all factors, the best extraction scheme is determined as follows: hydrochloric acid concentration 0.05 mol/L,ethanol concentration 50%, extraction temperature 70℃. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of DNJ was 0.59%.Conclusion Under the conditions of hydrochloric acid concentration of 0.05 mol/L, ethanol concentration of 50% and extraction temperature of 70℃, the extraction rate of DNJ from mulberry seeds is the highest. This method is simple and can be used as the extraction process of DNJ from mulberry seeds.

50 Application effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath in patients with isolated systolic hypertension

Objective To investigate the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath in patients with isolated systolic hypertension (ISH). Methods A total of 100 ISH patients who were admitted to Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital from May 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional antihypertensive drug treatment, and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine foot bath treatment on the basis of the control group. The effective rate and changes of blood pressure were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The systolic blood pressures and diastolic blood pressures in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath in ISH patients can not only improve the effective rate of treatment, but also relieve the patient's blood pressure, which is worthy of clinical application.

54 Obstetric influencing factors of abnormal pelvic floor function in pregnant women

Objective To explore the obstetric influencing factors of abnormal pelvic floor function in pregnant women.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 156 parturients admitted to Houjie People's Hospital in Dongguan from February to July 2020, and divided them into abnormal group (n=76) and normal group (n=80), analyze the obstetric influencing factors of pelvic floor function of pregnant and lying-in women. Results The results of univariate analysis showed that the age, parity, newborn weight and delivery method of the two groups were related to the pelvic floor function of pregnant women, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The body mass index (BMI)of the two groups has nothing to do with maternal pelvic floor function (P>0.05). The results of multivariate analysis indicated that the maternal age was more than 31 years old (β=0.301, OR=1.142, 95%CI=0.781~1.221), parity ≥2 times(β=0.238, OR=1.705, 95%CI=0.521~1.958 ), newborn weights>4000 g (β=0.216, OR=1.373, 95%CI=1.133~2.255) and vaginal delivery methods (β=0.096, OR=1.344, 95%CI=1.043~1.736) affect pregnant women Obstetric risk factors related to pelvic floor function (P<0.05). Conclusion Maternal age>30 years, parity ≥2 times, newborn weight>4000 g,and vaginal delivery are related obstetric risk factors that affect the pelvic floor function of pregnant women, clinical intervention should be actively carried out accordding to these faotors.

57 Study on factors affecting the prognosis of patients with community-acquired pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure treated by nasal high-flow oxygen therapy

Objective To investigate the factors affecting the prognosis of patients with community-acquired pneumonia(CAP) combined with respiratory failure (RF) treated with nasal high-flow oxygen therapy (HFNC). Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with CAP and RF who received HFNC in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from April 2017 to April 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into HFNC failure group (18 cases) and the HFNC success group (62 cases) according to whether the patients needed invasive mechanical ventilation. The factors affecting the prognosis of HFNC treatment of patients with CAP and RF was analyzed. Results The oxygenation index, respiratory frequency, lung infection severity score (CURB-65 score), respiratory and circulatory support (SMART-COP) score, and acute physiology and chronic health score (APACHEⅡ) score in the HFNC failure group were compared with those in HFNC success group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that oxygenation index ≤200 mmHg (β=1.311, OR=3.709, 95%CI=1.192-11.543), respiratory frequency ≥30 times/min (β=2.362, OR=10.607, 95%CI=3.182-35.354), CURB-65 score ≥3 points (β=1.291, OR=3.636, 95%CI=1.199-11.029), SMART-COP score ≥5 points (β=1.879, OR=6.548, 95%CI=2.098-20.431), APACHEⅡscore ≥20 points (β=1.197, OR=3.309, 95%CI=1.119-9.785) were high-risk factors for the prognosis of patients with CAP and RF treated with HFNC (P<0.05). Conclusion In order to achieve a good prognosis in the treatment of CAP patients with RF by HFNC, the influencing factors should be paid attention to in the clinical treatment process and timely intervention measures should be taken.

61 Hospital -community -family joint establishment of public cardiopulmonary resuscitation training system construction research

Objective To study the effect of hospital-community-family joint establishment of public cardiopulmonary resuscitation training system. Methods A total of 200 ordinary people or volunteers in Baoan District, Shenzhen from January to December 2018 were selected as community resident representatives, and they were divided into a test group(n=100) and a control group (n=100) by random lottery. The experimental group used the hospital-community-family model to conduct this online and offline training, and the control group received the American Heart Association (AHA)first aid training, and the two groups' teaching satisfaction rate, knowledge mastery, learning quality were compared.Results The total teaching satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before training, there were no significant differences in cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge and cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills between the two groups (P>0.05). After training, the evaluation scores of cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge and cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Before training, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of thinking ability, understanding ability, ability to respond to emergencies and total scores (P>0.05). After training, the experimental group's ability to think, understanding, ability to respond to emergencies, and total scores were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the construction process of the public cardiopulmonary resuscitation training system, the selection of hospital, community and family model can improve the acceptance of the course by ordinary people or volunteers, play a positive role in the improvement of teaching satisfaction rate, and improve the quality of disease prevention and treatment.

65 Therapeutic effect of expanded wound grafting combined with closed negative pressure drainage on refractory burn infected wounds

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of expanded wound grafting combined with closed negative pressure drainage (VSD) on refractory burn infected wounds. Methods A total of 76 patients with large area burn infection refractory wounds admitted to the Fifth Affiliated (Zhuhai) Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into experimental group and reference group by lottery, with 38 patients in each group. The reference group was treated with expanded skin grafting, and the experimental group was treated with expanded skin grafting combined with VSD. The survival rate of grafted skin, wound healing rate, wound healing days and pain degree of dressing change were compared between the two groups, and the incidence of adverse reactions was recorded. Results The graft survival rate and wound healing rate in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The wound healing days of the experimental group were shorter than those of the reference group, and the pain degree score of dressing change was lower than that of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than that in reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Expanded skin grafting combined with VSD can promote wound healing, improve the survival rate of skin grafting, and reduce the pain of complications and late dressing change.

68 Effect of long acting antibacterial material combined with Montmorillonite Powder in the treatment of bedridden incontinence dermatitis in the elderly

Objective To investigate the effect of long acting antibacterial material combined with Montmorillonite Powder in treating elderly bed incontinence dermatitis. Methods A total of 66 elderly patients with bed incontinence dermatitis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College from February 2019 to December 2020 were selected as research objects. The patients were divided into conventional group and observation group by touch ball method, with 33 cases in each group. The conventional group was treated with Montmorillonite Powder, and the observation group was treated with Montmorillonite Powder combined with long acting antibacterial material. The clinical index, efficacy, quality of life and skin healing of the two groups were compared. 72 Effect of moderate and severe obstructive sleep apnea on cardiac structure and function in patients with acute coronary syndrome

Objective To investigate the effect of moderate and severe obstructive sleep apnea on cardiac structure and function in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods A total of 220 patients with acute coronary syndrome treated in Beijing Yanqing District Hospital (Peking University Third Hospital Yanqing) from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to the results of polysomnography, they were divided into no/mild group (52 cases) and medium/severe group (168 cases). The echocardiographic indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The left ventricular end diastolic diameter, E peak maximum flow rate (E) and ratio of maximal velocity of mitral orifice to maximum velocity of atrial contraction (E/A) in the moderate/severe group were lower than those in the non/mild group, and the ventricular septal thickness, left atrial diameter and A peak maximum flow rate (A) were higher than those in the non/mild group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Moderate and severe obstructive sleep apnea can significantly aggravate cardiac remodeling and affect ventricular diastolic function in patients with acute coronary syndrome.

75 Study on the application and effect of exercise management in patients with hypertension

Objective To explore the effect of exercise management in patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 90 patients with hypertension admitted to the Health Management Center in the First People's Hospital of Foshan City from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with drugs to control blood pressure, and the observation group was treated with exercise management on the basis of the control group. Blood pressure, heart rate, plasma endothelin level, nitric oxide (NO) level, diet and exercise indexes and blood lipid levels were compared between the two groups. Results Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure,24 h heart rate, plasma endothelin, NO, triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) levels in observation group were lower than those in control group after intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total amount of exercise in the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Before and after intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the total amount of exercise between the two groups (P >0.05). After intervention, the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and effective exercise amount in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the effective exercise time was longer than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The dietary intake and actual balance amount of observation group were lower than those of control group after intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening exercise management during the treatment of patients with hypertension can improve the therapeutic effect, improve the blood pressure level and heart rate of the patients, reduce the blood lipid level, ensure a balanced dietary intake and effective exercise amount and exercise time, and reduce the NO level and plasma endothelin level, thereby effectively improving the prognosis of patients.

79 Effect analysis of Sakobactri Valsartan in the treatment of salt-sensitive hypertension

Objective To investigate the effect of Sakobactri Valsartan on salt-sensitive hypertension (SSH). Methods A total of 100 patients with SSH who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology in Fushun Central Hospital from January to June 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number method, with 50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with Valsartan Capsules and the patients in the observation group were treated with Sakobactri Valsartan. Blood pressure and vascular endothelial function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) levels in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum nitric oxide (NO) and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the level of endothelin-1 (ET-1) was lower than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Sakobactril Valsartan has a good effect on the treatment of SSH and can effectively control the blood pressure of SSH patients, which is worthy of clinical application.

82 Clinical effect of radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmias originating from the tricuspid annulus

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmias originating from the tricuspid annulus. Methods A total of 60 patients with ventricular arrhythmias originating from the tricuspid annulus treated in Fushun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research object. They were randomly divided into the big bend group (20 cases), the small bend group (20 cases) and the control group (20 cases). The big bend group was treated with "big bend method" and the small bend group was treated with "small bend method", the control group was treated with conventional drugs. The radiofrequency ablation effects of the big bend group and the small bend group were compared, and the diagnosis and treatment effects of the three groups were compared. Results There were no stastically significances in modeling time,X-ray exposure time, discharge time, total operation time and discharge times between the big bend group and the small bend group (P>0.05). There were stastically significance of the total effective rates among the three groups (P<0.05). The total effective rates of the big bend group and the small bend group were higher than the control group, the differences were stastically significant (P<0.017). The total effective rates between the big bend group and the small bend group were not stastically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation for patients with ventricular arrhythmias originating from the tricuspid annulus can help them alleviate and eliminate clinical symptoms such as palpitation, "big bend method" and "small bend method" catheter attachment treatment can help patients achieve better clinical efficacy. The safety of clinical application is high, and the total effective rate is higher than that of conventional drug treatment, which is worthy of popularization and application.

Objective To investigate the effect of high-dose Furosemide combined with Aminophylline in the treatment of refractory heart failure in the elderly. Methods A total of 118 elderly patients with refractory heart failure who were admitted to the First Department of Internal Medicine, the Second People's Hospital of Chongqing Liangjiang New Area from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as subjects. The patients were divided into a control group (n=59) and a study group (n=59) by the random number table method. The patients in the control group were treated with high-dose Furosemide, and in the study group were treated with high-dose Furosemide combined with Aminophylline. The clinical treatment effect, cardiac function indicators and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results The total effectiveness rate of the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the cardiac function indicators between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) levels of two groups were higher than those before treatment, and left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD) and left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD) levels of two groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the LVEF of the study group was higher than that in the control group, the LVEDD and LVESD of the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The application of high-dose Furosemide combined with Aminophylline in the treatment of refractory heart failure in the elderly can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect of patients and improve the patients' cardiac function. It can be popularized and applied.

89 Effect of emergency percutaneous coronary intervention therapy on patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective To investigate the effect of emergency percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) therapy on patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 66 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Iron Coal General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into control group and observation group according to partial coin tossing method, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with thrombolytic therapy, and the observation group was treated with emergency PCI therapy. The cardiac function indexes, physiological indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular end systolic volume index (LVESVI) and left ventricular end diastolic volume index (LVEDVI) of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and C-reactive protein (CRP) of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of emergency PCI therapy for acute myocardial infarction is significant. Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Dapagliflozin for patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease (T2DM/CHD) and its effect on the coagulation function of the patients. Methods A total of 86 T2DM/CHD patients admitted to Anshan Central Hospital from June 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the subjects, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given Metformin Hydrochloride, and the observation group was given Dapagliflozin on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 3 consecutive months. The fasting blood glucose (FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), triacylglycerol (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), thrombin time (TT), activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT), D-dimer (D-D), fibrinogen (FIB) were compare between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in FPG, HbA1c, TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, TT, APTT, D-D and FIB between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, FPG, HbA1c, FINS, TG, TC, LDL-C, D-D and FIB in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, HDL-C levels in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, TT and APTT in the two groups were longer than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, FPG, HbA1c, FINS, TG, TC, LDL-C, D-D and FIB in observation group were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the HDL-C of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). 97 Clinical effect of coagulation disorder on prognosis of acute closed craniocerebral traum

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of coagulation disorder on the prognosis of acute closed craniocerebral trauma. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with acute closed craniocerebral trauma admitted to the Neurosurgery Department of Ruijin People's Hospital from January to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to whether the patients had coagulation disorder, they were divided into control group (40 cases, with normal coagulation function) and observation group (40 cases, with coagulation dysfunction). Glasgow coma index (GCS) score,activated partial thrombin time (APTT), prothrombin time (PT), fibrinogen (Fg), thrombin time (TT), incidence of progressive intracranial hemorrhage and good prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results After operation,TT and APTT in observation group were longer than those of control group, Fg was lower than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). PT in two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The good prognosis rate and GCS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the incidence of progressive intracranial hemorrhage was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significances (P<0.05).Conclusion Acute closed craniocerebral trauma may promote the occurrence of coagulopathy in patients, and the more severe the coagulopathy dysfunction is, the worse the prognosis of patients, and the prognosis of patients can be evaluated according to the coagulation disorder.

 Objective To explore the application value of Atorvastatin combined with Ginkgo Biloba extract in patients with intracranial artery stenosis. Methods A total of 112 patients with intracranial artery stenosis admitted to the Second Hospital of Baoding City from March 2019 to March 2021 were divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method, with 56 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with Atorvastatin, and patients in the study group were treated with Atorvastatin and Ginkgo Biloba extract, both of which were treated continuously for three months. The cognitive function, activities of daily living, serum uncoupling protein 2(UCP2), brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), blood lipid levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there were no the statistically significant differences in scores of the mini mental state examination scale (MMSE), the activity of daily living ability scale (ADL), levels of UCP2, BDNF, total cholesterol(TC), triglycerides (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,MMSE,ADL scores and UCP2,BDNF,HDL-C levels of the study group were higher than those in the control group, the levels of TC, TG and LDL-C of the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with Ginkgo Biloba extract can improve blood lipids, serum UCP2 and BDNF levels in patients with intracranial artery stenosis, and promote the recovery of cognitive function and activities of daily living, which is safe and reliable.

The reference group was treated with Ziprasidone, and the study group was treated with computer cognitive correction on the basis of the reference group. The cognitive function and clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the indexes of Wisconsin card classification test analysis system (WCST) between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the number of wrong responses and persistent errors in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, the number of completed classification and correct responses were higher than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). According to different treatment methods, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with standard large traumatic bone flap decompression, and patients in observation group were treated with standard large traumatic bone flap decompression plus hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Clinical efficacy, Glasgow coma scale (GCS), National Institutes of Health stroke scale (NIHSS) score and inflammatory factors(interleukin-6 [IL-6], interleukin-8 [IL-8], tumor necrosis factor-α [TNF-α]) were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, GCS of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,NIHSS scores were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).  Objective To investigate the effect of Ziprasidone and Citalopram in the treatment of patients with firstepisode schizophrenia. Methods A total of 68 patients with first-episode schizophrenia who were treated at Xuzhou Guangci Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to a random number table, with 34 cases in each group. The control group were treated with Ziprasidone, and the observation group were provided with Ziprasidone combined with Citalopram. After 8 weeks of treatment, the treatment effect, executive function and eye movement function of the two groups were observed. Results There were no significant differences in the scores of the positive and negative syndrome scale (PANSS) and total score,eye movement function, or executive function between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the negative symptoms score, psychopathology score and total score of the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the negative symptoms score, psychopathology score and total score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment,PANSS scores and total score in both groups were lower than before and 4 weeks after treatment, and PANSS scores and total scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, the number of eye fixation (NEF) and responsive search score (RSS)scores in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and discriminant analysis (D) score was lower than that before treatment, the NEF and RSS scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the D score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment, the total number of tests, the number of continuous errors, and the number of random errors of the two group were lower than those before treatment, the number of correct responses and the number of completed classifications were higher than those before treatment and the total number of tests, the number of continuous errors,and the number of random errors in the observation group were lower than that in the control group, the number of correct responses and the number of classification completed in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significances (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Ziprasidone combined with Citalopram is effective in the treatment of patients with first-episode schizophrenia. Objective To investigate the effect of serratus anterior plane block on postoperative pain and immune function in patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 70 patients who underwent thoracoscopic related surgeries admitted to Yichun People's Hospital from January 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects and were divided into serratus anterior plane block (SAPB) group (35 cases) and thoracic paravertebral block(TPVB) group (35 cases) by the random number table. The SAPB group were treated with SAPB, and the TPVB group were treated with TPVB. The use of analgesic drugs, pain scores and body immune function were compared between the two groups. Results The dose of propofol, remifentanil, and sufentanil in the SAPB group were lower than those in the TPVB group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The pain score of the SATB group was lower than that of the TPVB group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in preoperative immune function between the two groups (P>0.05). The levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), procalcitonin (PCT), CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the SATB group were lower than those in the TPVB group one day and two days after surgery, while CD8+was higher than that in the TPVB group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery, SAPB has a definite effect, which can not only reduce the amount of opioids, alleviate postoperative pain, but also maintain the normal immune function of patients,which is worthy of recommendation.

124 Effect of lightwand-assisted trachea cannula in emergency patients with difficult airway

Objective To explore the effect of lightwand-assisted trachea cannula in emergency patients with difficult airway. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 40 patients with difficult airway in emergency endotracheal intubation in Yanghe First Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021, the endotracheal intubation method was divided into lightwand-assisted group (n=20) and ordinary laryngoscope group (n=20). The lightwand-assisted group used lightwand-assisted oral blind insertion endotracheal intubation, the common laryngoscope group used “Macintosh”laryngoscope oral bright vision endotracheal intubation. The success rate, the intubation time and the occurence of complications of the two groups were compared. Results The success rate of the first, the second success rate and the total success rate of the lightwand-assisted group were higher than the ordinary laryngoscope group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The first time, the second time and the mean time of the lightwand-assisted group were shorter than the ordinary laryngoscope group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the lightwand-assisted group was lower than the ordinary laryngoscope group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion When encountering difficult airways in emergency rescue treatment, the lightwand-assisted endotracheal intubation method is economical easy to learn, short in time, high in success rate, and small in damage, It has the advantages of clinical promotion and use.

128 Effect of Citalopram combined with Eszolam on oxidative stress level and sleep quality in patients with depression complicated with sleep disorder

Objective To investigate the effect of Citalopram combined with Eszolam on oxidative stress level and sleep quality in patients with depression complicated with sleep disorder. Methods A total of 80 patients with depression complicated with sleep disorder admitted to Ganzhou Municipal Hospital from January to September 2020 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into single drug group (40 cases) and combined group (40 cases) by random number table method. The single drug group received Citalopram treatment, and the combined group was given Estazolam treatment on the basis of the single drug group, both groups were treated for 3 months. The depressive symptoms,oxidative stress levels and sleep quality of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in malondialdehyde, endothelin-1, nitric oxide and superoxide dismutase between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of malondialdehyde and endothelin-1 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the levels of nitric oxide and superoxide dismutase were higher than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of malondialdehyde and endothelin-1 in combined group were lower than those in single drug group, and the levels of nitric oxide and superoxide dismutase in combined group were higher than those in single drug group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the scores of Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) between two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, HAMD and PSQI scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment, and HAMD and PQI scores in the observation group were lower than those in the single drug group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Citalopram combined with Estazolam can effectively improve the depressive symptoms and sleep quality of patients with depression and sleep disorders,and down-regulate the level of oxidative stress in the body.

 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Clopidogrel combined with Enteric-coated Aspirin in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Xiehe Honghu Hospital / Honghu People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects, and were divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases) according to the ball-touching method. The observation group was treated with Clopidogrel + Enteric-coated Aspirin, and the control group was treated with Enteric-coated Aspirin alone. The treatment effect, occurrence of cardiovascular adverse events, changes of cardiac function and coagulation function indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and left ventricular brachydiagonal fractional shortening rate (FS) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the left ventricular diastolic diameter (LVDD) was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the platelet count and platelet aggregation rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the maximum adenosine diphosphate (ADP) aggregation time and maximum ADP aggregation rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Combined drug regimen (Clopidogrel + Enteric-coated Aspirin) in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction can significantly improve the cardiac function and coagulation index of patients, prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular adverse events, the effect is significant, worthy of clinical application.

134 Clinical effect of screw acupuncture therapy for spleen-stomach weakened pregnancy obstruction

Objective To explore the clinical effect of screw acupuncture therapy for spleen-stomach weakened pregnancy obstruction. Methods From May 2019 to September 2020, 60 patients with spleen-stomach weakened pregnancy dysfunction who were treated in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into group A and group B by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in group A were only treated with fluid rehydration, while patients in group B were treated with screw acupuncture on the basis of group A. The treatment effect, symptom score before and after treatment and urinary ketone body level were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of group B was higher than of group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the total scores of vomiting, anorexia, hypochondriac pain,irritability, bitter mouth, dry mouth, belching and sighing, headache and dizziness and traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in group B were lower than those in group A, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The level of urinary ketone body in group B was lower than that in group A after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of screw acupuncture for pregnant women with weak spleen and stomach is significant, which can relieve clinical symptoms and reduce the level of urine ketone bodies.

138 Clinical observation of Huoxue Qingre Jiedu method in the treatment of diabetic foot

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Huoxue Qingre Jiedu method in the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods A total of 50 patients with diabetic foot admitted in Ganzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangxi Province from September 2020 to October 2021 were selected as subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received basic treatment, and the observation group received basic treatment and Huoxue Qingre Jiedu method. The treatment efficiency, ulcer area, blood flow velocity of dorsalis pedis artery, hemorheology and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than that of control group (64.00%) (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in ulcer area and blood flow velocity of dorsal foot artery between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the ulcer area in observation group was smaller than that in control group, and the blood flow velocity of dorsal foot artery was higher than that in control group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in whole blood viscosity (hypercut), plasma viscosity, fibrinogen and glycosylated hemoglobin levels between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, whole blood viscosity(hypercut), plasma viscosity and fibrinogen levels in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in glycosylated hemoglobin level between the two groups after treatment (P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), procalcitonin (PCT) and D-dimer (D-D)between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). The CRP, PCT and D-D levels in observation group were lower than those in control group after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of Huoxue Qingre Jiedu method in the auxiliary treatment of diabetic foot is good, which can reduce the degree of wound infection, accelerate healing, improve blood rheology and reduce blood viscosity, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.

Objective To understand the basic situation of pharmaceutical staff in psychiatric medical institutions in Shandong Province, and to provide decision-making suggestions for promoting the reform of psychiatric pharmacist system and service level in Shandong Province. Methods A total of 265 pharmacy and related personnel from 16 psychiatric specialties of tertiary hospitals in Shandong Province were selected in January 2021 as the survey subjects, and electronic questionnaires were issued to them to observe their professional social needs and development, educational status assessment of institutions and professional knowledge training need. Results The proportion of psychiatric pharmacists is 72.41%, and the proportion of college subjects and master's degree or above is the same, with 13.79%. The proportion of pharmacy personnel wishing to train regularly is 60.71%, 39.29% according to demand.Very satisfied with the curriculum design of the proportion of teachers and vocational ability teaching was 34.48%, and 72.41% basically adapted to the pharmacy business. Conclusion The education level of psychiatric pharmacy personnel is gradually increasing, and is closely related to professionalism and promotion, the training system of pharmacy personnel is gradually improved, and the satisfaction of pharmacy personnel is increasing, the strong professional knowledge demand does not match the training content, the pharmacy industry training system needs to be reformed.

147 Research on care ability and the influencing factors of Alzheimer's disease caregivers

Objective To explore the care ability and influencing factors of Alzheimer's disease (AD) caregivers. Methods A total of 261 AD caregivers from four nursing homes in Hu'nan Province from December 2020 to April 2021 were selected as study subjects to analyze the care capacity of AD caregivers and analyze the influencing factors. Results AD caregiver care score (28.46±9.11) and average for all items (2.85±0.91). Scores from high to low are family support,family cohesion and family care cognitive ability. Univariate analysis showed that AD gender, cultural background,combined chronic disease, number of night arousal, caregiver gender, working status, and patient ability to live with caregiver (P <0.05). Multivariate analysis revealed independent effects of caregiver gender, caregiver work status,whether caregiver lived with patients, cultural background of AD patients, and complete inability of patients to care for AD (P<0.05). Conclusion AD caregivers have a moderately low care capacity. Carever gender, work status, whether to live with patients, and cultural background were independent factors of caregiver's care ability.

Objective To investigate the correlation between five states personality of traditional Chinese medicine and resilience of nursing students. Methods A total of 133 nursing students practicing in the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University in June 2021 were selected to investigate the general data, five personality characteristics and psychological status of the nursing students, and to observe the correlation between the five-state personality and psychological resilience of traditional Chinese medicine. Results The scores of the five personality characteristics of the trainee nursing students were Taiyang type (9.93±3.71) points, Shaoyang type (11.71±4.43) points, Yin-yang balance quality (6.48±2.45) points, and Shaoyin type (13.67±3.34) points. Lunar type (10.47±5.27) points, psychological flexibility score (58.77±15.62) points. Among them, Taiyang, Shaoyang, and Yin-Yang calm personality are positively correlated with mental flexibility (P<0.05), and Taiyin personality is negatively correlated with mental flexibility (P<0.05).Conclusion The five states personality of traditional Chinese medicine of nursing students are related to psychological resilience, which suggests that nursing educators can formulate psychological and behavioral intervention methods of nursing students from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, integrate TCM into nursing education, promote the development of Yin and Yang and peaceful personality, and improve the level of psychological elasticity.

156 Calcium and vitamin D on 1 case of pseudohypoparathyroidism in children

 To investigate the effect of calcium and vitamin D in the treatment of pseudoparathyroidism in children, and whether it can effectively control blood Ca2+, blood P5+, parathyroid hormone, 24-hour urine calcium and urine phosphorus, and the influence on intelligence, vision, teeth and bone. A case of hypoparathyroidism diagnosed in Yangjiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital was treated with calcium and vitamin D, the changes of serum Ca2+, serum P5+,parathyroid hormone and 24 hours urinary calcium and urinary phosphorus were observed. After 1 month of medication,there was no convulsion, blood Ca2+ was 2.21 mmol/L, blood P5+ was 1.49 mmol/L, and the course of disease was improved. After that, the children and their families were given relevant knowledge education, regular return visit, longterm monitoring of blood Ca2+, blood P5+, serum parathyroid hormone and other indicators. 163 Preventive effect of continuing nursing care on refracture after percutaneous vertebroplasty

Objective To investigate the preventive effect of continuous nursing care on refracture after percutaneous vertebroplasty. Methods A total of 96 patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures and percutaneous vertebroplasty who were admitted to the Orthopedics Center of Shenzhen Hospital of Southern Medical University from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the order of hospitalization, the patients were divided into continuing care group and control group, with 48 patients in each group. The control group was given dietary guidance and informed of the review time when discharged. The continuous care group was given continuous care on the basis of the above care, and the postoperative pain relief degree, the rate of refracture of adjacent vertebral body, recovery satisfaction and other indicators were compared between the two groups, and the effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results There were no significant difference in visual analog scale (VAS) scores between the two groups at 2 weeks, 1 month and 3 months after surgery (P>0.05), the VAS score of pain relief in the continuous care group at 1 year after surgery was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the rate of refracture at 1, 3 month and 1 year after surgery between the two groups (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the recovery satisfaction of patients between the two groups at 1 and 3 months after surgery (P>0.05). The recovery satisfaction of patients in the continuous care group at 1 year after surgery was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For thoracolumbar compression fractures in patients with percutaneous vertebral plasty continue nursing service, although can't improve early pain and fractures occur again, but for long-term pain improve, preventing fractures occur again and improve patients satisfaction has significant meaning and reduce the fracture happened again, better prognosis and satisfaction.

167 Network continuity of function of nursing home care after PCI in patients with coronary heart disease

 Objective To explore the network continuity of function of nursing home care after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods From January 2019 to May 2020, a total of 80 postoperative patients with PCI admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang University were selected as the research objects, and divided into the control group (40 cases) and the observation group (40 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group implemented routine continuing care, and the observation group implemented network continuity nursing on the basis of the control group, and continued to intervene for 1 year. After 6 months and 1 year of intervention, the two groups were evaluated for medication adherence (morisky medication adherence scale [MMAS-8]),self-care ability (self-care energy strength scale [ECSA]), self-efficacy (general self-efficacy scale [GSES]), health knowledge awareness and nursing satisfaction. Results The scores of MMAS-8, ECSA and GSES in the control group after one year of intervention were higher than those in this group for after 6 months of intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of MMAS-8, ECSA and GSES in the observation group after one year of intervention were higher than those in this group for after 6 months of intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After 6 months of intervention, the MMOS-8, ECSA and GSES scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in the same period, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After one year of intervention, the MMAS-8, ECSA and GSES scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in the same period, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The health knowledge awareness rate and total nursing satisfaction rate of the control group after one year of intervention were not significantly different from those of this group after 6 months of intervention (P>0.05). The overall satisfaction rate of care in the observation group after one year of intervention was not significant compared with that of this group after 6 months of intervention (P>0.05). The health knowledge awareness rate of the observation group after one year of intervention was higher than that of this group after 6 months of intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After 6 months of the intervention, the health knowledge awareness rate and the overall satisfaction rate of nursing care in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in the same period, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). 171 Application of seamless integrated emergency mode in the control of asthma in children with acute attack

Objective To explore the effect of seamless integrated first aid mode in the control of asthma in children with acute exacerbations. Methods A total of 60 children with acute asthma who were admitted in Bo'ai Hospital of Zhongshan City from June 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the study group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases) according to the random number table method, the control group was adopted the conventional emergency mode, and the study group was adopted the seamless integrated emergency mode, the objective indicators such as peak expiratory flow, respiratory frequency, pulse rate, arterial blood oxygen saturation, and the improvement of clinical symptoms between the two groups were compared. Results The peak expiratory flow levels after intervention of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The peak expiratory flow of the study group after intervention was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The blood oxygen saturation of the study group after intervention was higher than that before intervention, and the respiratory frequency of the study group after intervention was lower than that before intervention, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The comparison of the blood oxygen saturation and respiratory frequency before and after intervention of the control group was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The blood oxygen saturation of the study group after intervention was higher than that of the control group, the respiratory frequency of the study group after intervention was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was not statistically significant in the pulse rate of the study group before and after intervention (P>0.05). The pulse rate after intervention in the control group was higher than that before intervention, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The pulse rate after intervention in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The proportion of children with unobstructed breathing and acid-base balance in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The seamless integrated first aid mode for children with acute asthma attacks can effectively increase peak expiratory flow, blood oxygen saturation, control respiratory frequency, promote unobstructed breathing and acid-base balance, and there is no significant effect on pulse rate, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.

 Objective To explore the application effect of audio-visual combined decentralized nursing in outpatient infusion of children with respiratory diseases. Methods A total of 200 cases of children with intravenous infusion admitted to Sihui People's Hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects, all of whom were diagnosed with respiratory diseases. They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, 100 cases in each group The control group took routine nursing intervention, and the observation group took audio-visual combined decentralized nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The success rate of puncture pain and psychological stress, the degree of puncture cooperation and the nursing satisfaction of their families of two groups were compared. Results After corresponding nursing of the two groups, the puncture success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, while the pain degree and psychological stress level were lower than those of the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of audio-visual and dispersed nursing can reduce the pain degree and psychological stress of children in outpatient infusion, improve the success rate of puncture, obtain high cooperation of children, and their families have high satisfaction with nursing, which is worth promoting.

The control group was treated with pressure injury care combined with moist burn ointment for external application, and the observation group was combined with thunder fire moxibustion on the basis of the control group, and the pressure ulcer scale for healing (PUSH) was used to evaluate the pressure injury recovery of the two groups. The growth of granulation tissue in the two groups was evaluated at 3, 7, and 14 d after nursing, and the dressing changes times, pressure injury healing time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results There were no stastically significances in PUSH scores between two groups before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing, the PUSH score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group's granulation tissue growth scores at 3, 7 d after nursing were lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The granulation tissue growth scores of two groups at 14 d after nursing were not statistically significant (P>0.05). The observation group's dressing changes times were fewer than those of control group, and the pressure injury healing time was shorter than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion The combination of thunder fire moxibustion and moist burn ointment can improve the healing of pressure injuries, accelerate the growth of granulation tissue, reduce the times of dressing changes, shorten the healing time, and have high safety in stage 2 and 3 pressure injuries.

182 Effect of group visits model in patients with postherpetic neuralgia

Objective To explore the effect of group visits model in patients with postherpetic neuralgia. Methods A total of 120 patients with postherpetic neuralgia treated in the Department of Pain, Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University Medical School from January to December 2020 were selected as the research object. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with group visits model on the basis of routine nursing. The pain, anxiety, depression, general selfefficacy and nursing service satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results One week after intervention,the scores of numerical rating scale (NRS), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the scores of NRS, SAS and SDS in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The score of general self-efficacy scale (GSES) in the two groups was higher than that before intervention, and score of GSES in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing service satisfaction in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Group visits model can relieve the pain of patients with postherpetic neuralgia,effectively regulate negative emotions, improve general self-efficacy, at the same time, expand the field of nursing work and improve nursing service satisfaction.

185 Application effect of psychiatric modulation in peri-menopausal anxiety patients

Objective To explore the application effect of psychiatric modulation in perimenopausal anxiety patients.Methods A total of 104 patients treated in the Department of Psychiatric, Xiamen Xianyue Hospital from February 2017 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects, including 52 patients in observation group and 52 patients in control group by randomized digital table. The control group took routine care, and the observation group gave psychoadjustment intervention based on the control group to compare the clinical care effect of the two groups, psychological status score before and after intervention, quality of life score, and patient satisfaction with clinical care. Results After 1 week of the intervention, the total nursing efficiency of the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After 1 week of intervention, the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores were lower than those before the intervention, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After 1 week of intervention, the SAS and SDS scores were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After 1 week of intervention, the scores of the quality of life evaluation scale (SF-36) was higher than that before the intervention, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After 1 week of intervention, the SF-36 scores was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion psychiatric modulation can significantly improve the anxiety symptoms of perimenopausal patients, effectively enhance the physical and mental health of patients and improve the prognosis quality of life, and improve their satisfaction with medical care, which has high clinical application and promotion value.

190 Effect of humanistic care mode in operating room and its influence on nursing quality

Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care mode in the operating room and its effect on the quality of nursing. Methods A total of 64 surgical patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group (32 cases) and the research group (32 cases). The control group was given conventional nursing mode, and the research group was given humanistic care mode. The emotional state(Hamilton anxiety scale [HAMA], Hamilton depression scale [HAMD]), nursing quality (writing standard, risk management ability, service attitude, professional skill operation) and patients' satisfaction with nursing staff and their service were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant difference HAMA and HAMD score between the two groups (P>0.05). After nursing, HAMA and HAMD score of the two groups were lower than before nursing, the HAMA score and HAMD score of the research group after nursing were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing quality in the research group was higher than that in the control group, the total satisfaction of patients in the research group was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the operating room patients, the application of humanistic care mode, the nursing effect is ideal, can significantly improve the patients'anxiety, depression and other bad emotions, and improve the patient satisfaction, so as to further enhance the quality of nursing, worthy of promotion.

193 Application effect of video health education combined with targeted nursing intervention in elderly patients with moderate and severe asthma and its influence on patients' self-management ability and quality of life

 Objective To explore the application effect of video health education combined with targeted nursing intervention in elderly patients with moderate and severe asthma and its the influence on self-management ability and quality of life. Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with moderate to severe asthma who were admitted to Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Dalian University from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases) by random number table method. The control group received nursing intervention in accordance with the general nursing mode, and the observation group received video health education combined with targeted nursing intervention. The sleep quality, self-management ability, total incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups after nursing, and the number of asthma attacks and lung function were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The scores of sleep efficiency, sleep disorder, sleep time and sleep time in observation group were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The asthma-related knowledge mastery, medication compliance, self-care ability and health behavior scores in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of physical function, physiological function, social function and emotional role in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The number of asthma attacks during the day and at night in the observation group were less than those in the control group after nursing, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in forced vital capacity, expiratory peak flow rate and forced expiratory volume in the first second before nursing between the two groups (P>0.05). The forced vital capacity, expiratory peak flow rate and forced expiratory volume in the first second in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after nursing, with statistical significances (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of video health education combined with targeted nursing intervention in elderly patients with moderate and severe asthma has an ideal effect, which can not only significantly improve patients' sleep quality, but also improve patients' self-management ability, reduce adverse reactions, so as to improve patients' quality of life.
