Abstract  Objective To investigate the effect of Ziprasidone combined with computer cognitive correction therapy on cognitive function in adolescent patients with schizophrenia (SCH). Methods A totla of 94 adolescent SCH patients who admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Yingkou City from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the study group and the reference group by random number table method, with 47 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with Ziprasidone, and the study group was treated with computer cognitive correction on the basis of the reference group. The cognitive function and clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the indexes of Wisconsin card classification test analysis system (WCST) between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the number of wrong responses and persistent errors in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, the number of completed classification and correct responses were higher than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the number of wrong response and persistent error in the study group were lower than those in the reference group, the number of completed classification and correct response were higher than those in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the total number of responses between the two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05). The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Ziprasidone combined with computer cognitive correction therapy has a better effect on the improvement of cognitive function in adolescent SCH patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
