氯吡格雷联合肠溶性阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Clopidogrel combined with Enteric-coated Aspirin in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Xiehe Honghu Hospital / Honghu People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects, and were divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases) according to the ball-touching method. The observation group was treated with Clopidogrel + Enteric-coated Aspirin, and the control group was treated with Enteric-coated Aspirin alone. The treatment effect, occurrence of cardiovascular adverse events, changes of cardiac function and coagulation function indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and left ventricular brachydiagonal fractional shortening rate (FS) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the left ventricular diastolic diameter (LVDD) was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment, the platelet count and platelet aggregation rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the maximum adenosine diphosphate (ADP) aggregation time and maximum ADP aggregation rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Combined drug regimen (Clopidogrel + Enteric-coated Aspirin) in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction can significantly improve the cardiac function and coagulation index of patients, prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular adverse events, the effect is significant, worthy of clinical application.
