| Pharmaceutical care of postoperative anti infective treatment in patients with brain abscess |

Abstract By participating in the whole process of anti infective treatment for a postoperative patient with brain abscess allergic to Penicillin and Cephalosporins and abnormal liver function, clinical pharmacists analyzed the rationality of drug selection in anti infective treatment, and paid attention to the repeated adverse drug reactions. Clinical pharmacists take advantage of their professional advantages, adopt pharmaceutical thinking, combined with the patient's past medication history, condition and other specific conditions, guide doctors to reasonably select drugs according to the characteristics of antibiotics, analyze clinical treatment schemes from many aspects and put forward reasonable medication suggestions. While paying attention to the selection of drug varieties, dosage, and course of treatment, emphasize the particularity of medication for patients with liver function, correct identify and assist doctors in dealing with adverse drug reactions. In the whole treatment process, many medication suggestions of clinical pharmacists were adopted by doctors, medication education was accepted by patients, and adverse drug reactions were found and controlled in time.Through cooperation with doctors, clinical pharmacists ensure the rational application of drugs, ensure the drug safety of patients, and reflect the important value of clinical pharmacists in clinical treatment.
