针灸配合手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床效果

摘要目的探讨针灸配合手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床效果。结果选取本院2016年1月5日～2019年1月5日收治的100 例椎动脉型颈椎病患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为观察组（50 例）与对照组（50 例）。观察组采用针灸配合手法治疗，对照组采用针灸治疗。比较两组的平均血流速度、血管搏动指数、收缩期峰值血流、阻力指数、中医证候积分、颈椎病临床评价量表（CASCS）评分、总有效率。结果观察组的平均血流速度为（27.85±2.16）cm/s、收缩期峰值血流为（63.44±3.68）cm/s、CASCS 评分为（68.98±3.25）分、总有效率为96.00%，高于对照组的（20.29±2.54）cm/s、（51.58±2.19）cm/s、（51.17±2.33）分、72.00%，血管搏动指数为0.52±0.13、阻力指数为0.33±0.08、中医证候积分为（1.16±0.22）分，低于对照组的1.61±0.26、0.86±0.22、（2.76±0.43）分（P＜0.05）。结果针灸配合手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的效果显著。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with manipulation in treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.Methods All of 100 patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis admitted to our hospital from January 5,2016 to January 5,2019 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into the observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases) according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with manipulation,while the control group was treated with acupuncture.The mean blood flow velocity,pulsation index,peak systolic blood flow,resistance index,TCM syndrome score,clinical assessment scale for cervical spondylosis(CASCS)score and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results The mean blood flow velocity was (27.85±2.16) cm/s,peak systolic blood flow was (63.44±3.68) cm/s,CASCS score was (68.98±3.25) points,and the total effective rate was 96.00% in the observation group,which were higher than those in the control group ([20.29±2.54]cm/s,[51.58±2.19]cm/s,[51.17±2.33]points,72.00%),pulsation index was 0.52±0.13,resistance index was 0.33±0.08,TCM syndrome score was (1.16±0.22) points in the observation group,which were lower than those in the control group ([1.61±0.26],[0.86±0.22],[2.76±0.43]points) (P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupuncture combined with manipulation in treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis is remarkable.
