护理干预在缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用价值

摘要目的探讨护理干预在缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用价值，观察其对负性情绪和生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年9月～2017年7月因缺血性脑卒中偏瘫于我院就诊的80例患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为两组，每组各40例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预，观察组患者采用综合性护理干预。1个月后，比较两组患者的神经功能恢复情况、负面情绪及生活质量改善情况。结果干预后，观察组患者的FMA评分高于对照组，NIHSS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预后，观察组患者的SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预后，观察组患者的躯体功能、心理状态、社会功能、情绪功能评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论综合性护理干预在缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者中有较高的应用价值，可有效促进患者肢体功能的恢复，有利于改善负面情绪，提高生活质量，值得推广。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the application value of nursing intervention in patients with hemiplegia after ischemic stroke,and to observe its effects on negative emotion and quality.Methods From September 2015 to July 2017,80 patients with hemiplegia after ischemic stroke treated in our hospital were selected as subjects of this study.The random number table method was used to divide them into two groups,each with 40 cases.In the control group,patients were treated with routine nursing,and patients in the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.After 1 months,the recovery of nerve function in the two groups was compared,and the improvement of negative emotion and quality of life in the two groups were also compared.Results After intervention,the FMA score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the NIHSS score was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the SDS and SAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the physical function,psychological state,social function and emotional function score of the patients in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has a high application value in patients with hemiplegia after ischemic stroke,which can effectively improve the recovery of limb function,and improve negative emotions and improve the quality of life.It is worthy of promotion.
