Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention in children with autumn diarrhea.Methods A total of 98 cases of children with autumn diarrhea treated in our hospital from January to December in 2017 were selected as subjects and they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,49 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given the conventional treatment,and the patients in the treatment group were treated with nursing intervention based on the control group.The clinical efficacy and clinical symptoms between the two groups were compared.Results After treating of 72 hours,the total effective rate in the observation group(93.88%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.59%),the difference was of statistical significance(χ2=4.346,P<0.05).The antipyretic time and antidiarrheal time,antiemetic time in treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were of statistically significant(t=5.886,10.090,7.882;P<0.05).Conclusion The active nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical symptoms in children with autumn diarrhea,enhance the therapeutic effect and promote recovery.
