品管圈管理在提高医生对患者肠道清洁满意度中的应用

摘要目的探讨品管圈管理在提高医生对患者肠道清洁满意度中的应用效果。方法采取方便抽样方法选取2014年7月在本院消化内科接受结肠镜检查的100例患者作为对照组，选取2014年12月在本科接受结肠镜检查的100例患者作为观察组。观察组采用品管圈管理，对照组未采用品管圈管理。比较两组的医生对患者肠道清洁满意度及相关指标。结果观察组医生对患者肠道清洁的满意度为93%，显著高于对照组的75%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组圈员的品管圈应用能力、团队精神、专业知识、沟通协调能力、活动信心及责任荣誉评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论开展品管圈活动有助于提高患者的肠道清洁度，同时也能够提升圈员对品管圈的认识和应用能力。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effects of quality control circlemanagement in enhancing the satisfaction degree of doctors to intestinal cleaning degree of patients.Methods 100 patients accepted colonoscopy examination in the department of digestivemedicine in our hospital from July in 2014 were selected as the control group according to convenience sampling method，100 patients accepted colonoscopy examination in the department of digestive medicine in our hospital from December in 2014 were selected as the observation group.The observation group was given quality control circlemanagement，the control group was not given quality control circlemanagement.The satisfaction degree of doctors to intestinal cleaning degree of patients and related indicators in the two groups was compared.Results The satisfaction degree of doctors to intestinal cleaning degree of patients in the observation group was 93%，which was higher than 75%in the control group，with significant difference　（P＜0.05）.The application ability of quality control circle，team spirit，professional knowledge，communication and coordination ability，activity confidence and responsibility honor score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，with significant difference　（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Carrying out quality control circle activity is beneficial to improve the intestinal cleanliness of patients and which can also promotes the ability of circlemember＇s knowledge and application of quality control circle at the same time.
