Abstract:Objective To analyze the application value and safety of trauma-centered emergency mode in the treatment of severe trauma. Methods A total of 112 patients with severe trauma who received treatment at the Third People's Hospital of Chengdu from August 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the order of visit time, with 56 cases in each group. The control group adopted the traditional emergency model for treatment, and the study group adopted the trauma-centered emergency mode for treatment. The time for forming venous access, emergency room treatment time, total incidence of complications, and success rate of rescue were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The venous access time and emergency room treatment time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the success rate of rescue was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of trauma center emergency mode in the treatment of severe trauma can shorten the operation time, reduce the overall incidence of complications, and increase the success rate of rescue. It has high safety and is worthy of clinical application.
